Here is the uninspiring response from Rep. Waxman to Reps. Barton & Radanovich (in pdf below).

Time for me to move my family to a "red" state (LOL). I am certainly alone and feeling "blue" here in NJ now, after this response. What a disgustingly irresponsible response from the one that we have entrusted to be our "voice".
I, too, received the expected "thank you for your letter - I am monitoring this situation" response from Senator Frank Lautenberg of NJ. Menendez didn't reply at all.
The worst part is that the first response I received was clearly an "auto" response that was on a completely unrelated matter (like "unions" or something), obviously automated and pulled "key words" from my initial response....which tells me the Senator Lautenberg and Senator Menendez in NJ aren't even getting our letters, much less having a warm body take the time to read them. Dare I say that I fear that they do not even care about this matter?
Sorry all...feeling very frustrated today. : ( Keep writing and calling your state & local reps. Eventually, if there's enough pressure, something will have to blow somewhere!!!!
Thomas Moore's response to Rep. Dingell. No rush to fix. Some businesses will never be happy. Let them rot until the government gets around to naming a 3rd Commissioner (then we can overule Nord...hehehehe).
