I just wanted to let you all know. We called EMSL this morning to get information concerning having our things tested for lead. They told us they were not certified by CPSC(Cpsia) yet.

- We've been making toys and other items since 2000. We are very careful with our toys. We don't get rich but we enjoy seeing the happy children and parents who like our toys.

- Hi, I've emailed Boxer, Feinstein, and Thompson. Called Rep Thompsons office in Napa also. Didn't help. Called CSPIA this morning. They don't care if the paint you use says ";unleaded-safe for childrens toys, furniture, etc. They don't want any MSDS papers either. Tried calling Boxer today. Unable to get through in Washington DC and left a message in San Francisco. Send a letter to our local newspaper. They have bloggers here that just like to call people names if they have any problem with anything.

I sent emails to all the commissioners on the CPSA this morning, asking them to continue the stay. Nancy Nord answered almost immediately, stating that she agrees the stay needs to be continued.
