Does anyone know if plywood falls under the exempt status as wood? I can not find anything on the CPSIA rules.

I'm looking for information regarding plywood. Does anyone know if untreated plywood ( example Birch or Oak) that is not painted or stained falls under the same rules as untreated solid bare wood? Does plywood get the exempt status for lead content?…
I have received or been able to download GCC's for some of the paints I use. Krylon has a website that by putting in the UPC you can get the MSDS on any of their paints however the GCC's are only available on paint that was made after 12 November 20…

I have checked with four different labs here in the Charleston SC area. Only two said they could actually do the test, however one said they were so busy and their XRF is always on the road. The only one who said they could test wanted $45.00…

I can honestly say that I really like Senator Demint and proud to be from South Carolina. We really have someone who actually can read and understand what is going on. All those so call liberal experts on the CPSIA have no idea of what is in the law…

A CPSIA documentary is in the works. Since the mainstream media seems to think this is not worthy of their precious air time, this is another great way to get the word out and put our leaders on the "hot seat" to explain themselves.
