I sent emails to all the commissioners on the CPSA this morning, asking them to continue the stay. Nancy Nord answered almost immediately, stating that she agrees the stay needs to be continued.

Thank You Vivian. I know I searched online for a facility here in Tulsa, and I found a place that can do lead testing (x-ray) if I provide him with all of the details needed to be certified by the CPSA. So I think that would mean they are not certif…

I don't believe CPSA ever gave a list of testing facilities.

Hello to everyone, I am new to this and make baby quilts, onesies, tutu's, pillows, fleece throws, and I am trying to find a testing facility in Tulsa. Does anyone know of a company? I need help. Thanks, Amy

The rally was great! It was webcast live and I believe they will be posting the video for replay on the website but I don't know when. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend..and speak. It was standing room only and we had 8 members of Congress…

For the 2/15-18 NY Toy Fair, CPSIA Central will have a sliver of a booth (thanks to Rob Wilson of Challenge and Fun) and will be doing the Display Wall for companies affected by CPSIA. We would like to show just how diverse a group of businesses will be affected by this legislation. We want Toy Fair attendees to be able to read your story.

Didn't they sit in on the drafting of the CPSIA? I just received this, from change.org: http://www.change.org/wakeupwalmart/actions/view/tell_walmart_to_get_dangerous_products_off_its_shelves

Help Support the new CPSIA Documentary!

A CPSIA documentary is in the works. Since the mainstream media seems to think this is not worthy of their precious air time, this is another great way to get the word out and put our leaders on the "hot seat" to explain themselves. We know that the impact of this travesty is widespread. Now we just need to collect our pennies together and help support the documentary. We have over 700 members here. Imagine if everyone gave just $20....(that would be $14,000 and good chunk of the cost). Here is a quick way to make a donation.

This is a donation to support the making of a CPSIA documentary (see link for details). CPSIA-Central is not affiliated with this organization, and is offering this space for the paypal button in support of the documentary.
