The place to discuss CPSIA

Malcolm Smith was probably like many of us a year ago. An honest businessperson trying to live by the rules, keep his nose clean, and provide excellent customer service. What a difference a year makes for us all. We have turned in to activists and the entire industry is on the verge of criminality. As for Malcolm Smith, March 19th could be the day he actually becomes a criminal. His crime? Selling ATVs. He is opening his store on the 19th and will do what was once legal, but now seemingly illegal.

A year ago I would be shy about supporting "illegal" activities. A year ago I would have my head buried in my own life and business and family. I know these last few months have changed your lives in many ways too.

I am sure we will all be watching the Malcolm Smith situation with interest and support. Wondering, how did we ever get into this situation in the first place?

Help Support the new CPSIA Documentary!

A CPSIA documentary is in the works. Since the mainstream media seems to think this is not worthy of their precious air time, this is another great way to get the word out and put our leaders on the "hot seat" to explain themselves. We know that the impact of this travesty is widespread. Now we just need to collect our pennies together and help support the documentary. We have over 700 members here. Imagine if everyone gave just $20....(that would be $14,000 and good chunk of the cost). Here is a quick way to make a donation.

This is a donation to support the making of a CPSIA documentary (see link for details). CPSIA-Central is not affiliated with this organization, and is offering this space for the paypal button in support of the documentary.
